Dizzy Bird Expand to Irvine Spectrum with Bold Rotisserie Flavors

Dizzy Bird, the go-to spot for Lebanese-inspired rotisserie chicken, has expanded with a second Orange County location at Irvine Spectrum, joining its original Mission Viejo restaurant. Known for its signature spatchcock rotisserie chicken, Dizzy Bird brings the bold, comforting flavors of Lebanon, Greece, and the Mediterranean to Southern California.

Owner Rashad Moumneh credits the spatchcock method for enhancing flavor, allowing the marinade to fully absorb while maximizing the surface area for a perfectly cooked bird. The menu features a selection of sides, house-made sauces, entrée salads, and chargrilled wraps, with the standout Silly Bird Wrap drawing inspiration from his childhood in Lebanon. Traditionally, Lebanese chicken sandwiches include French fries, but Moumneh’s version swaps in roasted potatoes—just like his family did with leftovers from the night before.

The Chicken Plate and Silly Bird Wrap are among the fan favorites, combining chicken and potatoes in a way that’s both nostalgic and crave-worthy. Other must-try menu items include the uniquely seasoned French fries, lemon garlic roasted potatoes, and the bold Hot Bird Wrap—rotisserie chicken tossed in a hot spice marinade with garlic sauce, house-pickled jalapeños, hot mix, and DB Sauce. For a vegetarian-friendly option, the Hippy Bird Wrap is a standout, featuring roasted sweet potatoes, garlic sauce, avocado, grilled corn, pickled onions, pickled jalapeños, and lemon vinaigrette.

Dizzy Bird’s lineup of house-made sauces adds another layer of flavor, from the signature Dizzy Bird Sauce—similar to a classic fry sauce—to authentic Lebanese garlic toum, Goddess Ranch, herby tzatziki, lemon vinaigrette, and pomegranate vinaigrette.

Committed to quality and service, Dizzy Bird delivers an incredible dining experience with bold flavors and thoughtfully crafted dishes.
